Don’t rush …. 
 
🤰If your pregnancy is progressing without complications and you don’t need any accommodations early on – don’t rush to tell. 
 
Wait until at least end of the first trimester or longer before sharing the news. 
 
🐣 If you are experiencing complications, especially if you feel that they will impact your ability to do your work – tell your employer as soon as possible.
 
📝 Before your speak to your employer:
1.Read the handbook
2.Google state and city laws regarding pregnancy protection and FMLA.
3.Research … research … research 
 
When speaking to your employer keep the meeting short and sweet!
